Title: Getting an error 10 OCM

Please guys i need a tip....

While trying to trigger an GVP Proactive Campaing i got a message:"OCS error 10" (i post an image) and asa result i can not start the campaign. tserver7,2 avaya ==== gvp 7.6  ===tdm

Can u give some clues/tips??? What should i revise....

Have you added a Statserver to your campaign?

hi cav, thanks for ur help...yes my configuration was ok, finally i solved teh issue.


PRoactive works only for ocs 7.5 or higher. but the way TSupport points i can work with ocs7.2! so i waste 3 days....incredible!

well, i managing a new issue now....new day, new issue.....wtf!!! lol
