Title: I want to count about SV monitering time & number.

Hi, people,

I try to count about SV Monitering activity  on CCP.
I find a "CallObserved" callaction from StatServer Users Guide.

for example...
MainMask=CallObservedInbound,CallObservedOutbound,CallObservedInternal,CallObserverConsult,CallObservedUnknown

Agent1 ---CallInternal--- Agent2 <---EventMoniteringNextCalll--- SV

however, This statistics are counted on monitored Agent side.
I want to count a time and number about SV monitored.
Please Advice me! Thank you!

I think Supervisor. infact, SV also Agents.

Oh! Which TServer are you using? Are you able to see those events on TServer logs?
