Title: how to use the action : send email in ccpulse 6.1

I am trying to activate the action send Email with cocd in ccpulse 6.1 I always get an error message activeX component can't create MAPI session !!

Does Genesys say anything about it? Do you have mapi32*.dll on your computer?

If possible could you post what the action looks like. I have not yet tried it, but I think it could have some interesting uses.
