Title: Genesys CTI Integration with Nortel CC 6.0

Hi,

Has anyone gone through while ingretaing Genesys CTI with Nortel CC 6.0. I also want to have Genesys CTI Suite(I guess TServer) setups to deploy it in test environment. I am new to Genesys and don't have much ideas about Genesys. Pls help!!

From what I heard, this is same as before.
You still need to have symposium link to talk to tserver.

Yup, just be sure to have all patches on Symposium server.

Symposium server is up and running with all patches.  From where can I get Genesys CTI server software download and what is the configurations need to be done on genesys end to intregrate with symposium.

??? Err...Genesys is not free and usually is done by someone with experience and training, many things can go bad. Ask your Genesys saler for it in you wish to go for it but my advice is to make it done by somebody that can give you support.
