Hi,
I have a place associated to my agent which has both voice & chat DN. Our GAD is customised such that agent can login for chat alone.. The same agent will take the voice call from soft phone. But when the agent login for Chat in GAD, voice is also getting logged. How to prevent voice geeting logged during GAD login.

We are using GAD without customization, and can log into Chat standalone.
So my guess is that you need to talk to the person who did the customization...

You haven't written what version of GAD you're using... Newer GAD versions 7.2+ allows an agent to select medias he/she wants to log in.
As recommended by Catanirex - contact person who did the customization and ask him/her for help.
