Does anyone have any documentation on deploying the Genesys TSAPI T-server?

If it's on the Avaya you can contact me as we have done two installs so far.

Do your agents log in using a softphone application, or do they log in using the hard phone? We're having issues with Genesys not receiving information from the hard phone. It doesn't appear to hit the CTI link, at all. Thanks?

That's normal behaviour with Avaya.
You'll need to use query-agent-state on TServer.
