when i view agent in realtime its stats start from 0:0:00
although the agent login in since 2 hours or 3 hours..is ther way stats start from latest stat
-
Unless somebody or something else already generated data for that stat....I think not.

Hi Bob,
StatServer starts calculating statistics from the moment when someone first request it. Then Stat Server keeps this statistic open for predefined time (by default it is 3 days), then it close it again if noone requested it during the whole three days. So, that means you were first who requested this statistic, but if you open the same CCPulse template with this statistic tomorrow moringin, or during day, you will have whole login time of any agent logged in for this day. But when you open this template after three days, you will start again from zero. You can extend the time StatServer keeps open requested statistics.
Cheers,
E.

I did look into this, previously. A couple of ideas to "keep stats live" were;
(WINTEL) Run a version of CCPulse+ with the required stats on a View/Template alongside the statserver service on the Server.
Continually run a version of CCPulse+ on a Desktop with the required stats on a View/Template.
Create an application (Stat SDK) to continually request the stats and keep them "open".

Thanks for the reply
Ecki tell me one thing ..ccpulse is installed in different users or system so each of one has to query first time or if any of one request for the first time and other users open the same stats it will show the update ...

Hi Bob,
Yes, the second assumption is correct. Everyone else who are using the same statistic, will get the statistics updated from the time when the first user opened it.
