Title: SIP DN Configuration

Dear All,

I have a problem: when calling an other extension from the desktop the phone of the calling party starts to ring? I know it should be an option on the annex tap of the extension DN but for some reason I can not find out how.. any help is welcome on this..

I am using Counterpath Eyebeam 1.5.18.1 GDesktop (7.6.001.11)

Hi Peter,

Try to change the parameter "make-call-rfc3725-flow" to "1" (on DN's Annex tab) and test it. It should remove ringing on caller's side. But be careful as Flow I of RFC 3725 has some serious limitation thus you shall read RFC 3725 before moving that change to production.

If it won't help then you should check Eyebeam configuration. Some SIP soft phones generate ringing by themselves when dialling a number.
