Hi guys,
I'm facing a problem on GAD. From time to time agents that have an email on screen get a message like:

"A script on this page is causing Internet Explorer to run slowly. If it continues to run, your computer may become unresponsive. Do you want to abort the script?"

Do you have any idea what it can be? I already applied the QoS on the network, however even on same network segment this problem happens. I tried on my laptop and same issue (1.60Ghz of uP and 2Gb of RAM).
I can't find anything on Genesys support website...
Any idea on how to track this issue or what can be happening?

Have you tried with your Anti-virus shut off? Any difference?
I know that script scanning can cause problems...
