Dear Experts,
In a normal Genesys solution with switch (PBX) related environment, agent logins will be configure in switch (PBX) follow by we set the login accordingly in CME -> Resources -> Agent Login.
In a SIP TServer environment without switch (PBX), where SIP TServer is the one who manage the agent login, in this case, do we still need to create the login in CME -> Resources -> Agent Login, or we can just create the login in Person will do?

OK I just tested, it still need a agent login in CME -> Resources -> Agent Login & tied it to the person for a successfully agent login.
Can anyone share when create a new Agent Login, in the Advanced tab, the password field, what is this password for? cause even leave it black, agent still can login to GAD. Is the password related to what been set in the PBX switch?
