Title: Agent not login

When i try to agent login error display "Selected user is disabled or please Check your Host and port settings for Genesys"
The user is already enable in CME also extension is defined

Hi, Bob,

let's try with obvious:

are you using GAD or not?

Can you please:

1. post the part of T-Server log that gets RequestLoginAgent command and any events to it
2. Config Server log showing interaction between your Softphone and ConfigServer (if any)

Probably, it is something very silly and you have just overlooked it.

NO we dont use GAD .
in TSERVER logs no agent login request comming from ADT.or any event
I have check TSERVER service is also running

As Vic said, logs please. I can't imagine on how do you pretend us to help you if we can only guess.

try ping/telnet from client machine to server... may be helpfull in your case
