Title: WFM 6.5 Audit Trail

Does anyone know of a way to identify a user making changes in a WFM 6.5? We are having issues with scheduling (vacations being deleted, termination dates assigned) but have no method of finding out who has made the change. I've checked the Genesys website and the documentation. Is there something I'm missing?

Hi Mike,

WFM 6.5 doesn't store name of an user who made change to the database so there is no audit option in WFM 6.5. I think that feature was introduced in WFM 7.2 but not sure what operations are covered/audited.
