Title: ICS 6.5 Deployment

Hi,

can we deploy ICS 6.5 Version on FW 7.5?

and i wanted to know Is it MANDATORY to have Windows 2000 as an OS.

Why not MCR? It has support and more features...

Hi

Yes ICS 6.5 is supported on Framework 7.5., and Windows 2003 from 6.5.3 onwards  (a customer I deal with currently has this exact configuration)

See genesys supported OS & DB document for what is supported
