Title: Gplus 7.2 Siebel 7.7

Does somebody knows how the MaxProcessingThreads are used?
We are suffering sever performance issues, we increased this value but is actually getting worst,
Servers CPU usage is low, never the less hand writing seems to be faster

Hi,

I would suggest you to contact Genesys PS and ask them to help you with fine-tuning of Gplus performance. It's a complex task and it's necessary to do changes on Siebel side sometimes as well.
