Title: Call Transfer Issue

Hi All,

i'm using a thin client .Net  Interaction SDK softphone. Call is established when trying to transfer to a route point - receiving [b]Event Error  [/b] in [i]RequestUpdateUserData[/i] with [b]"Invalid Connection ID "[/b] .After that no action can be performed from the client.

Please find attached the Tsrvr - logs and suggest.

Hi Anu,

From the logfile attached you are sending request update user data with connid 008f01bb68c8206d several times, but there is no other events related to this connid. Obviously this call/connid is not valid anymore. Is this connid you are using correct? If yes what happened to this call before? The best would be if you could post logfile covering whole callflow.
