Title: Alcatel OXE with CPD

Hi guys,
I have to do a concept design for a customer where I need to put a CPD instead of the VAD boards of OXE. I know that in OXE i need PCM2 boards, but in dialogic side, any specific board that I need to use? Digital interface is my goal.

Hi Cav,

There is list of officially supported Dialogic board available in "Genesys Supported Media Interfaces Reference Manual". Specification of individual cards could be found on Dialogic website.

I know it isn't the answer you were after but hope it helps you a bit ;)

Yup René already checked that list and have several to use, but was wondering if anybody did a similar integration and which and why they used a specific board, or is it indifferent? Alcatel is giving me a headache with their support on this...

Why You prefer to develope system with external Dialogic board for CPD ( VAD )?

Hey OXE,
Not that I prefer but need...you will see, a customer requirement was:
Agent Group A should receive AM calls
Agent Group B shouldn't receive AM calls

Using GPA2 board in OXE you only can enable for all or for nobody, the OCS treatments are overruled by the OXE...Genesys and ALU confirmed separately and also in my lab couldn't make it work...
