Hi
we have three routing points .service ,marketing and priority...distinguish service and marketing by PRI numbers
e.g last digit number
38 goes to marketing queue
36,37 numbers goes to service queue
but few days back we have problem occur that ..marketing calls goto right
but some service calls goto service point or some are goes to marketing
attached is the TSERVER logs

Usefull would be to post your strategy definition, URS logs and ConnID with exact DNIS to search. You are not expecting to someone read the whole TServer log file and analyze it all, right?

There is some issue related to database lookup - URS reports DBServer as "closed" which mean that database is inaccessible. Please check log of DBServer for more information.
