Title: Attach data in routing strategy

Hi all,

how to send/attach data (may be like 'caller reason' hard coded.....if it hits particular CDN i want to attach particular reason) in the routing stratergy so that it will be passed to soft phone for the agent to get it displayed.

any ideas

Use the attach function in your IRD strategy.
