hi Guys, how r u...

Here i am hoping someone can give me a tip... Its posible to find example/past/older exams about this topic?

I am reviewing theory, but think review past exams can be a usefull idea.

In the Genesys website you will find a PDF with some sample questions.

i heard through grapevine that genesys university would eventually be offering course to prep for cert. exam.
