Title: WFM Web Issue

Hey all - have come across something bizarre which release notes don't seem to make a mention of. User on WFM Web 7.6.000.18 is having issues saving schedules. When user does, other users cannot see his changes. Similarly, in the past, if a user did make changes to schedule and saved them, it undid any changes another user had made!

Have checked permissions/ranks etc in CME and Config Utility - the user is in all the right places but am trying to figure out what else I may need to look at to assist the issue.
For the record, here are the other app versions:
WFM Builder - 7.6.000.18
WFM Daemon - 7.6.000.04
WFM Data Aggregator - 7.6.000.05
WFM Server - 7.6.000.15
WFM StatServer - 7.1.000.20

Any help is greatly appreciated!! :)

Hi zack

May be it's not you case, but WFM Server version early then 7.6.100.44 contain this bug: "Schedule updates are now instantly visible to all clients. Previously, schedule updates were sometimes delayed for some clients when using a multiple-server configuration for load balancing"

Thanks for the advice however I have discovered that the user was not committing the changes after saving them hence why the agents were not able to see them - user error essentially!
