Title: Genesys ids

Migrate the genesys machine to another server,want to know is there any way to export and import the agent ids to another server or maually create all agents ids..

Take a copy of the configuration database and put it on the new server. Change old host namens to new ones, install SW and you are almost ready to run!

Or you can use Configuration Conversion Wizard to migrate complete Genesys database; if you are installing new Genesys and want to configure it from scratch and just need transfer agents I can recommend Configuration Import Wizard.
