Title: Eserver to get statistics on EMap

Hi All,

Do anyone have an idea on EServer.

I could see through logs, that my Eserver is talking to statserver, but does not show up on EMAP which is gui.

The EServer & EMap is a custom application built by iGATE for its clients.
This forum will not yield you any answers for EServer related questions.

I guess you should raise a ticket with iGate support for resolution to your problem.

iGate is a solution provider for Genesys?

I have to fetch Stats for my customized softphone

Could you please tell me any info about eClient/eServer/

any kind of help would be highly appreciable

Yes - iGate is a Solution Provider for Genesys.

Which organization do you work for  - NOVA, Seimens, .... ???

Well, eServer/eClient is a iGate product developed using VC++. It basically connects to the Stat Server and picks up stats to be displayed on eClient.
I am not very familiar with this product of iGate. But I know that it is an iGate custom product because I used to work for iGate.
There is a support division with iGate to whom your query should be forwarded.

I guess there is some mapping to be done in order to be able to see the stats on the eMap.

As I said, you will need to contact iGate support.
