Hi ...
I´m realize internal tests between annexes (1000 and 1002)with Sip Server.. When I generate a call to a routing point (4000), the call comes to the Agent without problems, but when the agent who has the call and this one leaves the user in Hold, this music sounds for an instant, but then automatic Hung Up of the call generates an event.
I see that it looks like to me a mistake in the call of connid not known.. Can you to help meto detecting that it can be happening? Attcah Log..
