Hello,

does anyone know when do you get InvalidCSTAConnectionID? What exactly does it mean, what causes it and how are you supposed to deal with it? (Pavel: should be up your alley, right? )

Client is still running Omni Version 8 and Genesys 7.2.xxxx

So far, ALU is not really answering this one!

OXE in version 8 had a dreamatic change in CSTA functionality increasing the size of ID from 8bits to 64, so you MUST do an upgrade of TServer, 7.2 doesn't support R8 of OXE...

See what happens when you take so long vacations? lol

Sorry, Cav, my bad - it is 7.1 OXE, not 8. :)
