Title: Opinions please on Genesys versus Lucent CentreVu

I would welcome some comments/thoughts from anybody about using the full suite of Genesys products (including internet suite) in a Lucent G3 environment in comparison to using the Lucent CentreVu product suite in a Lucent G3

I am really looking for the pro's and con's of each and if anyone does have experience of both, how did they perform in any form comparison.

Any additional information or web sites I can visit would be greatly appreciated.
