Title: Genesys Straw Poll... RESULTS!

Hi everyone,

I'm conducting a simple straw poll to see how we "feel" about Genesys, currently...

It's nothing too heavy - just a few simple questions on the good (and the bad!) aspects of Genesys and it will take you no more than a mnute or so...  (and it is anonymous!) Then I'll post the results up here in a few weeks and start a discussion on the items.

I'd really appreciate your input and I think it would make for interesting reading...
