Title: Route calls from IVR MPS 500 through Genesys

Iam using peripro 3.00 and im trying to route calls through the IVR using Genesys toolkit.
As i read through the manual i should use RouteStart function in order to open a new session to URS. Then i use GetReply or GetRequest which according to the manual, URS sends the phone number that can answer the call.
But no phone number returned...

If anyone know something it is welcomed...
