Hi all,
I have been trying to export a config using the CIW but keep getting the following error? Is there a timeout somewhere that needs adjusting. Looked in confserv options but it just has soap port to be configured nothing else
Error is:
SOAP Server Error: Wrong responce document or timeout elapsed
Any help appreciated

Sound like confserv.cfg does not has the SOAP port defined?
Add and restart :-)

or your config is really big.
I had this with a config from a hosted provider servicing about 3000 agents with approx 550 applications. It imported correctly (mostly) but the response was an error in the GUI.
Have a look at the config server logs, turn up the debugging if you have to. You should see the objects being inserted in the DB.

Time for a request to investigate the issue to Genesys perhaps?
