Hello Everyone,
We are developing a routing strategy that has the potential to transfer a call off site with answer supervision and I am not 100% sure on how we would do this. We are using SIP Server and Stream Manager to try and acomplish this. Does anyone have any ideas?
Here is the Scenario:
A customer calls in and presses 2 for "existing customer". The routing strategy would then transfer the call to the specific branch office via the PSTN. However, Genesys would need to monitor the call to see that it was answered (Answer Supervision). If it isn't answered within 30 seconds then the call would be pulled back and routed to a Genesys skill.
I do know how to do this when I tie Asterisk to Genesys but I would like to try and do this via Genesys exlusively.
I appreciate any ideas.
Thanks,
Perry

Hi there!
Then i think about it i see what we can split this task on two question. The first one is - how we transfer call to another site which uncontrolled by our Genesys. Use the TForce or any other similar function ? But it's already have the answer - after execute it we lost the call control on our site, yes?
Well , it's create second question - can we create second leg - outbound call with control of call processing and reconnect the main call with it ?
I don't know how it can be done with IRD =(
