Title: silent monitoring in CCM Tserver 8.0

Hi,

I would like to implement Silent Monitoring using TServer 8.0 for Call Manager - The telephony env is running on Cisco CM 4.2(1). What do I have to do please.

Sorry, but you need to upgrade your CCM to version older then 6.0(1)
