hello,
we are trying to route a genesys call to an agent directly to avaya module messaging vm server. if this goes to an AA in vm we can't get TS to outpluse digits correctly. i tried having it go to an avaya vector but having some issues. below is a screen shot of the vector.
01 wait-time 1 secs hearing silence
02 collect 4 digits after announcement none for none
03 messaging skill 1 for extension active
04 stop
