Does anybody out there know what could have caused an Internal error 52 whilst trying to run a progressive campaign in OCS 6.1?

I am not too strong with G3, but it looks like the originating DN is not registered in CME... Is it possible?!

the dn is in cme and it is linked to the place etc in ocs.
