Title: GPlus Adapter 7.2 for MS CRM 3.0 - Toolbar not appearing

Hi,

Even after an error less installation of GPLus adapter, softphone toolbar is not appearing on the Phone call form.

Could anyone please throw some light what could go wrong? Pop-up page is appearing everytime a call rings at agent extension. Also, from the interaction page (on Contact Center page), I am able to perform telephony operations like Answer Call, Hold/Retrieve, Hang Up.

Any inputs will be highly appreciated.
