Created a seperate place group to have outbound calls routed to three places. Only these 3 places are to receive these calls. However, when I load the campaign all the call centre agents are getting these calls?
In (CME) the advanced tab of the properties group I specified the ACDQueue and RP as well the option routing_point in the CM options is set to "vdn".
Do I have to create a seperate queue for these agents to log into and then specify that queue as the origination dn or is there something that I'm missing with my original configuration?

can you please tell me more about the environment?
Are you using IR?Or letting ACD do the routing for you?
