Title: Need to know GCP7-CIV certification Details

I am thinking to do the GCP7-CIV certification which includes basics and overview of Genesys frameworks and Framework Installation and Configuration. Can someone help me out to get the document for this certification.

Please advise.

hi ksprakash.net hope it is not so late for answering.

GVP certification is related to GVP only, troubleshooting, vxml concepts, services are good point to review.

Tha exam is very simple ...
