Title: Disable vs uninstall unused Genesys applications

Hello All,


We have production Genesys environment on Windows 2003 servers.

After we went live we realized that we installed some  “extra” 

Genesys statserver applications (e.g. statserver_urs …).

Here is our dilemma: Uninstall or disable these applications.

In order to be less intrusive we are planning to disable them.

What do you think about?

Depends, if you are not using them just uninstall...but be very careful.
