Title: Error GIS : retrieveStatistic java.lang.Exception: timeout

Hi !!
We are using GIS application to show Agent statistics (number of agents login, WaitForNextCall, CallOutbound ... )  related to their skills in our CTI desktop.

We find errors like "retrieveStatistic java.lang.Exception: timeout" on GIS logs and this disturb the fonctionalities of the desktop.

We configure the field restriction_time=30 in the section Statserver of GIS options but we still have errors.
Did someone have an idea to fixe it ?

restriction_time=30 is an inverted timeout
means that you can interrogate the same statistics every 30 seconds (or more)

try to set restriction_time=5
