Title: Hyperion still supplied?

Simple question really, do Genesys still supply Hyperion as standard with CCA?

Hi Pavel,

I think no. Now their have own product line - called Informiam , which  i believe mast take the place of Hyperion like 3td party product in CC.
But i can ask our sales manager from Genesys, if you can not =)

Was supplied to us with our recent 7.6 install.

I saw Informiam and thought it was more like CCPulse+ on steroids...  Yes, it has historical reporting functions but the whole Solution is seperately packaged and licensed...

It may be a replacement, but it's not free with "CCA"... Hyperion is, though... :)
