Title: Help!
Post by: John Nicolson on November 22, 2009, 03:56:22 PM
Hello forum,

I currently use CCPulse and Hyperion on a daily basis, i have recently applied for job as a "trainee telephony systems administrator" which would involve learning more about Genysys. Therefore i have been set task of giving 10 minute presentation as part of interview process about Genysys cti and its benefits to an inbound call-centre, any help would be very much apprecited as this is a field that interests me greatly!

Kind regards,

John

I'm sure the genesys website would give you shed loads of things you can talk about which would cover what Genesys is and how it can help your contact centre :]
