Title: Is it possible to have multiple chats?

Is it possible to have multiple chats? How do you set it up in the capacity rule?



What they want is If they are on a voice then they can't get a chat, if they are on a chat they can't get a voice, if they are on a chat they can recieve another chat. Is this configuration possible?
