Title: Alert on Agent Workbin

Hi,

For email interaction, we allow agents to save email in draft workbin but sometime they forget it. Can we set timeout and alert something on GAD?

Hi,

I do not know GAD so good, surely you could get this feature, but you also can setup timeout on workbin within IR designer and redistribute it to agent/agents again.

URS would be the fastest way to resolve it, as Ecki has already suggested to you. You can then avoid modifying GAD :)
