Hi,

I want to certificate in "Genesys Certified Professional 7 System Consultant, Inbound Voice (GCP7 - CIV)". There is a software 'Genesys Certified Professional 7-Developer.Inbound Voice : GE0-702 Exam', Is there someone who has this software?

There is no such software...or maybe you are talking about the one that Prometric uses on their computers to take the exam???
If you want to get certificate read the documentation and practice, there is also a PDF which will guide you on which route to follow to get the certification.

At this moment, this is not available. For example, GVP exam (http://www.pass4sure.com/GE0-703.html), there is available to buy it.

Well, again, that is NOT a Genesys software at all. So you will not find any help about that here.
