Title: Ringing/Busy calls patched to an agent

Hi,

Can anyone please tell me how to stop the Ringing/Busy calls which is getting connected to an agent instead of updating the call_result in OCM as Ringing/busy or no answer.

?? Which PBX? Usually that ringing is from your PBX not Genesys.
