Hi All, I'm trying to bring up a third party site that is running a Cisco Call Manager and am not sure on how to setup the Ext Route point on the PBX. On Avaya, it's a DID VDN with a vector loaded on it that does an adjunct. Is it similar on the CCM??
Any insight would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Todd

Hi Todd,
It's much easier with CCM - create object of type "CTI Route Point" on Cisco side, assign that device to Cisco user used by T-Server and define it as ExtRP in Genesys configuration.

Thanks for the reply Rene. That is much easier and makes sense now. Another quick question. We built this connection and are seeing the it's "not registered". I'm assuming that is not correct. I do have a TServer connection and am able to log in the agent, just don't have the External routing working quite yet.

Hi Todd,
Please check Ext RP (CTI Routing Point) has been associated with Cisco user used by T-Server. T-Server won't be able to register this CTI RP if the association is missing.

Rene, under the jtapi application user on the CCM that is tied to the TServer we have added the CTI Route point as a controlled device along with the phones. We have reset the CTI Route point to see if the connection took with no luck. Is there maybe somewhere else this connection needs to be configured?
Thanks,
Todd

Rene, actually the CTI Route Point on the CCM is showing unknown as well as the IP address.
