Title: SAP work item

this may not be the right forum but i would try my luck anyway . Would anyone know what settings has to be done on SAP side for work item  to complete the integration with Genesys routing . I have gone through Adapter docs and installed G plus and media routing plugin and set options as per docs . Currently i am able to route voice and email to agents logged in SAP IC web client. For work item (white mail ,fax etc.) our SAP guy seems clueless on required settings on his side . Would any SAP note ,thats what they call,would give us steps to complete the SAP end of it?
