Can anyone help me with this problem:
Since last week the IRD shows me all the blocks in gray, this only happen to me. :-[
I Probe uninstall, then reinstall the IRD but still the same :'(
I saw the ICONS in the dll "IrdResource.dll" , them I try to register it manually and it gives me error...
What more can I do?

What do you mean "in gray"?

I've seen this issue before. The only solution was to uninstall and reinstall IRD.

I've had this problem, try uninstalling it -> reboot -> and install it again (you may also try to use C: drive, not another one)

You may also want to check your Access Groups in CME to make sure you have full R/W access, as well as your Rank for IRD, to ensure you are (still) an Administrator, rather than just a User...

Hi !!
I am adding a picture of the problem I have. to clarify the situation, and try to reinstall the IRD but continues the same fault,
Reinstall it on another pc and this problem does not happen so I guess it must be something on my pc, but do not know the reason
Clarification: I have full R / W access ... and administrator permissions.

I had that problem and solved it, but I am not sure what was the solution. I suppose it was something with different versions of IRD.
Is it possible that this strategy was edited by someone that has a different version of IRD than you? Or your IRD is in the different version than IRD that other people use?

Looks like the strategy was saved in a later version of IRD

Have you tried to install the last IRD version?

The IRD is used on 3 pc's only and have the same version and permits.
the application was running ok, but then the last week stopped working properly
Any other ideas of that might be?

Hi Genesys Rookie,
This issue is described in Genesys Knowledge base - strategy was edited by higher version of IRD (7.6?) and opened with older release (7.5 based on your screenshot). It's necessary to save it in compatibility mode to fix the issue.
You can find more details in mentioned Knowledge base - search using following keywords "IRD block icon grey".

I read the KB of Genesys, but does not apply to my problem because the version we have of the IRD is the same in the 3 pc. and only happens on my pc

Well then open a ticket with Genesys

Do you have "compatible strategy saving mode" checked in your IRD (Routing design options/storage settings)?
If yes then probably unchecking can help.

I unchecking the option and it works !!
