Hi,

How do I bring in total_time_to_answer (VQ) stat in the CCPulse predefined stat available window?

Create a new template with that Stat or modify the existing one

I mean how do I make total_time_to_answer show up in available statics as shown in attachement.

Maybe it is not considered for that Subject...check in DMA

It looks like you have a section missing, for Total_Time Stats...

Do you have the statistic define under options on your StatServer used for CCP?
If not - add it and restart CCP.
