Hi guyz, need ur help to clarify
I have this GVP Proactive it dials and establishes call normally, BUT user data is not being attached (Can not see it in tserver logs). Also in obn logs i see an error.
[2009/12/03 00:45:05.883] 934 ORP.cpp:552 C=71:L=2:U=0 CFA machine (myserver.com.pe) is inactive for the application: FirstWebApp_Out, customer: Admin
[2009/12/03 00:49:07.727] D9C FailureResp.cpp:119 C=71:L=1:U=0 Sending error to OCS DBID(196)
In my understanding this CFA is engaged 2 manager this USer Data , is it correct???
What can be originating this error???
Wonder u can help ... thanks in advance

hi cav, thanks for ur help.
Yes, proactive is dialing and establish the call in a normall way.

Thanks.

Have you configured the userfields to be attached to the call?
-
if u mean send_attribute....yes.
By now i am able to capture the values on the App, but still do not see them on tserver logs.
u think this could be a issue?
-
TServer? And why Tserver? GVP does the dialing not any Genesys component
-
ok cav , So u r confirming i should not see any attached data on premise tserver. NEither tserver-ivr?
Well gvp is a client of tserver, taht why i was thinking i shold see attached data there.
thanks 4 ur recommendations.

I guess there is a misunderstanding: Cav is right when he says that the call is dialled not by a Genesys component (like TServer), in fact the request is sent by GVP directly to the Dialogic/Gateway. However, I guess GenesysNewbie is referring to the interaction between GVP and the Tserver agents use to log in, which is contacted when the call is transferred once the VXML app has processed the call.
I don't know what it is wrong in your configuration, but of course you should be able to see attached data both in the IVR TServer and in the premise TServer (I assume you are using external routing to move the call off GVP).

Not necessarily, it is not mandatory for the integration you are doing, if you are using TServer IVR then is another integration not part for OBN to work
