Hi,
I have TSAPI_IVER server service unavailalbe error. In the log file. It showed that:
the TServer_Avaya is HA
Anyone know what's the reason can't connect to config server? config server on port 2020 is working properly ???

It's newly install system. configruation server on port 2020 is working fine. other application connected to it is working .
TSAPI_IVR server is on the same host as the configuration server. in the I-driver side. I also got the follwoing error log.
what's the possiable cause?
Thanks

Hi,
You've specified wrong name of IVR object (parameter "IVR") so driver is not able to initialise properly.
