I am using a custom soft phone created using AilLibrary SDK
and connect to GIS for email interaction. I am able to receive email interaction and work them.
But I do not see the agent looged into "email" from the Test phone.
When I log in using Genesys Agent Destop I can see the "email" icon in the Test phone indicating user logged in for email.
Is this a Test Phone limitation or some thing that I need to do on my custom soft phone that I am not doing?
I would appreciate any pointers.
